IndyCar race winner Graham Rahal says he would like to race in the Le Mans 24 Hours during his career.
The 19-year-old son of former triple IndyCar champion Bobby Rahal thinks drivers should enter events in a variety of disciplines to improve their all-round ability.
"I believe that you're never good enough not to drive everything you can, whether it be IndyCars, sportscars, or something else. I've done Sebring a couple of times, the Daytona 24 Hours a few times, and I would do Le Mans if I could.
"Not only are those things really fun for me, but to be a very accomplished driver, you have to do all of those things.
"I think that's something I've carried over from my father's time. Nowadays you don't see it as much because of how busy everybody is. I mean, we're on eight straight weekends of something like that, there's no time to do anything else."
Rahal will make his Indianapolis 500 debut this month and begins qualifying for the event tomorrow.
