Bahar confirmed at Ferrari

Ferrari have confirmed that Dany Bahar, who used to be the right hand man to Red Bull boss Dietrich Mateschitz, will join their company to head up a new business.

Bahar, who left Red Bull earlier this year, was linked with a move to Ferrari at the time but it was thought that he would be involved directly on the race team.

However, the Maranello outfit announced on Thursday that Bahar will be in charge of a new Global Brand Department, which aims to manage and develop the Ferrari brand worldwide.

Bahar will report directly to Ferrari managing director Jean Todt.
