Renault sign new partnership deal

World champions Renault have concluded a multi-year partnership with PVAXX, a material science and technology group.

The deal will mean the PVAXX branding will appear on the Renault F1 R26 race cars in the final three races of the 2006 season.

The PVAXX logo will feature on the side of the nose and on the drivers' helmets, beginning at the Chinese Grand Prix this weekend.

"We are delighted to welcome PVAXX to our portfolio of commercial partners, and to welcome them to the world of Formula One," said team boss Flavio Briatore.

"Renault F1 Team and PVAXX share the commitment to delivering winning performance through world-class vision and working practices. We look forward to a fruitful partnership in the seasons ahead."
