Hill will start!

Damon Hill will start the French Grand Prix, the Jordan team have said.
A team spokeswoman has announced that Hill's appeal against exclusion had been allowed after he qualified outside the 107 per cent rule.
That means he will start 18th on the grid.
There is no official confirmation about the four drivers behind Hill from Arrows and Fondmetal, (Marc Gene, Luca Badoer, Pedro de la Rosa and Tora Takagi) but it appears they will be allowed to take the start.
The race stewards normally have discretion to allow drivers back onto the grid in 'exceptional circumstances" and have used the loop hole in the rules frequently in the past.
