2006 calendar announced

The 2006 calendar for the Grand Prix Masters series, which puts former Formula One stars against each other in identical open wheeler single seaters, was confirmed on Thursday, with five events taking place from the end of April to mid November.
The 2006 season will kick off at Losail in Qatar on 29 April and will include races at Monza and Silverstone. Kyalami, having hosted the first and as yet only race of this new series, will close the season on 12 November.
A further venue is still to be announced, and with the exception of Qatar, all other dates are subject to finalisation.
