Final seats filled in 2016 Le Mans 24 Hours driver line-up

The complete AF Corse factory Ferrari line-up was among the details confirmed as the final entry list for the 2016 Le Mans 24 Hours was published on Wednesday

Italians Andrea Bertolini and Alessandro Pier Guidi will take the remaining seats in the two factory AF Corse GTE Pro class Ferraris next month.

Bertolini will share the #71 Ferrari 488 GTE with World Endurance Championship class points leaders Sam Bird and Davide Rigon.

Pier Guidi joins regulars Gianmaria Bruni and James Calado in the #51 car.

Factory driver Bertolini will be racing a works AF car at Le Mans for the first time since 2012, while long-time Ferrari racer Pier Guidi will be making his debut in the 24 Hours.

Teams had until last week to nominate drivers for the WEC double-points round.

Elsewhere in the field, BMW factory driver Philipp Eng has been loaned out to Porsche to drive for the semi-works Dempsey-Proton Racing squad in the French enduro.

The Austrian, who will be making his Le Mans debut, will share its GTE Pro class Porsche 911 RSR with factory drivers Richard Lietz and Michael Christensen, who are contesting the full WEC in the car.

IndyCar driver Mikhail Aleshin returns to the SMP Racing squad to drive its #27 BRE-Nissan BR01 alongside Nicolas Minassian and Maurizio Mediani in place of David 'Devi' Markozov.

Sportscar rookie Matt Rao moves over from the Manor LMP2 team's second WEC entry, which is not racing at Le Mans, to drive its #44 ORECA-Nissan 05 alongside Will Stevens and Tor Graves.

Two-time Daytona 24 Hours winner Joao Barbosa returns to Krohn Racing to race its Ligier-Nissan JSP2 with Nic Jonsson and team owner Tracy Krohn.
