WEC star Davidson joins 2015 AUTOSPORT International line-up

World Endurance champion and ex-Formula 1 driver Anthony Davidson is the latest leading motorsport name to join the line-up for AUTOSPORT International 2015

Autosport International

Autosport International is a four-day event motorsport event that includes a two-day trade show for industry professionals and a two-day public show.

Davidson became Britain's latest sportscar world champion by winning the 2014 WEC last month alongside Toyota team-mate Sebastien Buemi.

He will be a guest at Europe's largest motor racing show on Saturday January 10. The event at Birmingham's NEC runs from January 8-11, with the first two days trade only before the doors open to the public for the weekend.

"It's been a truly incredible year, winning the FIA World Endurance Championship with Sebastien and Toyota Racing," said Davidson, who dovetails his sportscar racing with an expert analyst role on Sky Sports' F1 television coverage.

"The title is the result of a lot of hard work by a lot of people, so it'll be great to celebrate that at AUTOSPORT International in January with the passionate British fans who have supported me throughout my career."

Davidson will be joined at ASI by his WEC champion predecessor Allan McNish and a fellow 2014 world champion in rallycross king Petter Solberg.

Other leading motorsport names appearing at the NEC next month include F1 racer turned commentator David Coulthard, recent F1 debutant Will Stevens and British Touring Car champions Colin Turkington, Andrew Jordan, Gordon Shedden Jason Plato and Matt Neal.
