Virgin Racing's Alex Tai will be FETA's first chairman, with Jean-Paul Driot (e-Dams) and Thomas Biermaier (Audi Sport Abt) to act as vice-chairmen.
Oliver Weingarten has been drafted in as an interim general secretary, the same role he previously held with Formula 1 teams' body FOTA.

"It is in everybody's interest that Formula E is a success, and the teams want to play their part to ensure this."
The formation of FETA has been met with enthusiasm from the series itself.
Alberto Longo, managing director of Formula E Holdings: "The birth of the Formula E Teams' Association is positive news for the development of Formula E.
"We have always worked closely with the 10 teams, who share our goals to make the championship attractive and continuously grow, while maintaining its characteristic of development for technological solutions.
