Factory Honda driver Tiago Monteiro has been handed a five-place grid penalty at the forthcoming World Touring Car Championship race at Spa-Francorchamps.
The Portuguese former grand prix driver was judged to have caused avoidable contact with ROAL Motorsport's Tom Chilton in the second race at Moscow Raceway on Sunday.
The pair had been disputing sixth place, when Monteiro nudged Chilton off the road at Turn 3.
Monteiro later retired with electrical failure, while Chilton recovered to finish sixth.
