BMW DTM driver Augusto Farfus will make his debut in the Spa 24 Hours next month with the factory-backed Marc VDS squad.
The Brazilian is one of four BMW-contracted drivers placed in the line-up at Marc VDS, which again has factory status for this month's Nurburgring 24 Hours and then the Blancpain Endurance Series blue riband at Spa on July 26/27.
Farfus will be joined by fellow DTM driver Maxime Martin, who made his name at Marc VDS before becoming a factory driver, and long-time BMW racer Jorg Muller in the Belgian team's lead Z4 GT3.
Dirk Werner will join Marc VDS team principal Bas Leinders and team regular Markus Palttala in the squad's second Z4.
Farfus said: "This will be my first outing at this classic. It means an awful lot to me, because I will have competed at all the major 24-hour races in the world by the end of the weekend.
"I am very much looking forward to taking part in one of the biggest races for GT cars and I see no reason why we shouldn't have a chance of winning."
Leinders added: "I am pleased that we are once again able to compete with two very strong driver line-ups this year, thanks to the support of BMW Motorsport."
Briton Alexander Sims, who became a BMW factory driver for this season, is likely to be placed in one of the customer Z4s due to compete at Spa.
