Scott Speed and Tanner Foust will lead Andretti Autosport's first foray into Global Rallycross, the team has confirmed.
The duo, who will compete under the Volkswagen Andretti Rallycross team banner, will start the 2014 season with modified Polo rally cars before switching to the 600bhp GRC Beetle at Austin in June.
"I'm thrilled to be entering the series, and especially happy about teaming with Volkswagen," said Michael Andretti.
"We are excited about our driver lineup of Tanner and Scott. I believe we have the best drivers in the series and will be a top contender."
Former Formula 1 and NASCAR Sprint Cup driver Speed, whose entry will be backed by 7UP, won two races in last year's Global Rallycross series on his way to fifth in the final standings.
Foust won back-to-back GRC titles in 2011 and 2012, and finished runner-up in 2013.
