Italian team EuroInternational is set to expand its Formula 3 European Championship line-up for 2014 to two cars full-time and a third in selected rounds.
Riccardo Agostini, the 2012 Italian F3 champion, is the first driver to be confirmed for this season.
Team boss Antonio Ferrari told AUTOSPORT that he expects a second full-season driver to be announced by the end of this month, and that he is hopeful of concluding a deal with a third driver for seven of the 11 events.
The third driver is expected to be American Santino Ferrucci, who impressed when he tested alongside Agostini in the pre-Christmas Valencia test.
EuroInternational, which will continue with Mercedes-powered Dallara chassis, ran just one car full-time last season for Tom Blomqvist, and a second machine in one event for Nick Cassidy.
The team will also continue in the German F3 Cup, where it will also use Dallara-Mercedes cars.
