Jerez will replace Barcelona on the Formula Renault 3.5 calendar from 2014.
The former Spanish Grand Prix venue has signed a two-year deal to host the World Series by Renault package, and it joins the Aragon circuit as the second Spanish round on the calendar.
Barcelona has been on the FR3.5 calendar since 2006, and has held the season finale every year except 2009.
However, it has not been determined if Jerez will take over the end-of-season slot.
"We are very happy to have reached a deal for two years with Jerez," said Renault Sport Technologies managing director Patrice Ratti.
"This is an emblematic circuit in the world of motorsport with very high standards.
"We will bring the experience we have gathered for 10 years to make Jerez an event you won't want to miss."
Barcelona will host the last round of the 2013 season on October 19-20.
