Jordan duo pleased to finish

Heinz-Harald Frentzen ended a six-race run without points as he finished sixth in the Hungarian Grand Prix. Scoring one single point lifted him three places in the championship to ninth - a place above team-mate Jarno Trulli on the same points because of his third place in Brazil

"Today's result was probably as good a we could have expected today," he said. "Everything worked well and I was able to hold my qualifying position to the chequered flag. This is one of the toughest races on the calendar so it is good to come away with something."

While Frentzen went with the majority of the grid and ran a two-stop strategy team-mate Trulli gambled on a one-stopper after being hampered by a low-starting grid position.

He scrapped his way to seventh, a lap down on the leaders.

"It was a risky decision but the only way I was going to climb up the field from 12th when overtaking was as difficult as it is here. It was a tough race but it worked well. As the car got lighter I could push and catch other drivers.

"Lets hope I don't have problems in qualifying next time and I am able to start higher up the grid."

After a run of misfortune that saw second place slip from his grasp in Germany Jordan team boss Eddie Jordan was celebrating a double-finish.

"We should be happy with today's race. After the bad luck we have experienced recently it is good to see both cars finish. It's a shame we couldn't get both cars in the points but it is a tough race and both drivers did a great job."
