Nick Tandy still unsure on his racing programme for 2013

Nick Tandy Nick Tandy is unsure whether his first season as a Porsche factory driver will be based around a European or North American programme.

Tandy, 28, was announced as Britain's only factory Porsche driver late last year after a season in which he won races in both the International GT Open and ADAC GT Masters in Porsche machinery.

He begins his season sharing a Konrad/Orbit Porsche GT car with Michael Christensen and Christian Engelhart in the Daytona 24 Hours later this month.

"I'm sure they'll keep me busy, but they haven't decided which drivers will be doing which series, or even which series they'll be supporting," he said on the AUTOSPORT Stage with KX at AUTOSPORT International.

"They've got so many disciplines they support; US, Europe... I just don't know, but whatever it is I'll give it my very best shot for Porsche and where that might lead me in two, five, 10 years time, I just don't know.

"What I do know is I've got Daytona first, which is one of my favourite events, so I'm looking forward to that."
