Suzuka WTCC: Aleksei Dudukalo penalised for race one crash

Lukoil Racing's Aleksei Dudukalo has incurred a post race 30 second penalty for colliding with Mehdi Bennani in the opening World Touring Car Championship race at Suzuka on Sunday morning
