Kanaan, Viso to get engine penalties in IndyCar's race at Iowa

Tony Kanaan and EJ Viso have both been given 10-place grid penalties for this weekend's IndyCar Series race at Iowa after their KV Racing Technology squad opted to change the Chevrolet engines in both drivers' cars.
