The charity flight in which Richard Branson will serve as an air stewardess will be delayed until April following his injury.
The flight was scheduled for February 21st, but Branson ruptured his ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) in a skiing incident and will need some nine months to fully recover.
Lotus boss Tony Fernandes confirmed on Friday a new date has been set for the event.
"His knee is buggered so flight will be delayed from Feb 21st to around April 11th. Wish Mr. Branson a speedy recovery," Fernandes wrote in his Twitter account.
