Monaco tops Seven Sporting Wonders

 The Monaco Formula One circuit has been voted by British sports fans as the most popular of the Seven Sporting Wonders of the World.
In a research carried out by Barclays Spaces for Sports, Monaco received 18% of the votes, ahead of FC Barcelona's Camp Nou stadium, which received 15% of the votes.
Third was Beijing's Bird's Nest stadium, ahead of Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabeu and Milan's San Siro. Another football stadium, Maracana, finished in sixth place ahead of the Melbourne Cricket ground.
There were a total of 3,500 voters.
